Internationally trained chef James Long brings 18 years professional experience to the kitchens at Gift Wrapped Catering and specializes in classic French and Italian cuisine. Jim grew up in the restaurant industry where his rich Jewish Russian and Welsh heritage was as flavorful as his culinary creations. Influenced by his training in Buenos Aries, Argentina, the menu offerings from Gift Wrapped Catering reflect the international nature of Chef Long's background. He is a member of the Greater Kansas City Chefs Association, American Culinary Federation, and the World Society of Cooks. Jim is friendly, personable, and always interested in working with clients to make their catering event fun and interesting.
